Health & Safety Advisor - Construction role at Hill McGlynn Recruitment, based in Romford. Permanent position with a salary range of GBP
35,000 to GBP
40,000 + car allowance.

• A couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field. Knowledge of cladding and facades will be a huge advantage.
• Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct low–level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams
• Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve

• Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications
• Experience in the social housing, EWI, roofing, kitchen, or bathroom sectors
• A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed
