• The client we represent are a specialist RC Frame/Groundworks sub-contractor covering projects across London.
• They have an annual turnover in the region of £110m+, with typical projects ranging from £10m to £30m.

This is a key appointment for an ambitious and driven professional who can bring expertise in estimating across reinforced concrete frame and groundworks projects, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

• Leading the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tenders for RC Frame and groundworks projects.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to produce competitive bids.
• Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure the best value and manage risk.
• Working closely with the pre-construction and operations teams to ensure tenders are deliverable.
• Managing multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
• Supporting junior estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating processes.

• Minimum of 8 years' estimating experience within RC Frame and groundworks.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness within the civil engineering sector.
• Proven track record of securing work through competitive and negotiated tenders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable but not essential).
