Senior Quantity SurveyorRoles & Responsibilities
- End to end management of multiple, high value packages
- Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost
- Identifying cost risks and opportunities early
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain
- Minimum 10 years post qualified experience
- Extensive Major Project experience – ideally High Rise Towers
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar
- First class IT / reporting skills
- Strong communication – written and spoken
