Senior Construction Safety & Building Safety Consultant (CDM / Project Safety Hybrid)
Location: London and South East (with travel across the region)
We are seeking a Senior Construction Safety & Building Safety Consultant to provide a hybrid service across CDM advisory, project safety oversight, and building safety compliance
. The role supports clients across all project stages,
from early design risk reviews through construction delivery and handover
, ensuring safe, compliant, and coordinated outcomes.
- Support designers and clients with design risk reviews
, early hazard identification and safe design solutions. - Contribute to the development of Pre-Construction Information and design-stage risk documentation.
- Review and provide input to Design Risk Registers
, highlighting buildability, sequencing and maintenance risks. - Attend and contribute to Design Team Meetings (DTMs) and technical workshops.
