Contracts Manager – Building Services

A leading building services contractor specialising in providing full building maintenance services on commercial and high‑end residential properties in the Thames Valley and London area. My client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the M&E, HVAC, Building Services and hard services maintenance contracts. This role will be based from the head office in Surrey and travel to site when required.

• Oversee the M&E maintenance in my client’s commercial, office and high‑end residential contracts
• Recommend and quote small works where needed
• Write up condition reports
• Ensure an excellent service and build good rapport with clients whilst ensuring clients KPI's are met
• Ensure that PPM work is completed on time
• Maintain a good standard of M&E, HVAC, Building services and hard services maintenance
• Work as a hybrid position between sites, home and the office at least a couple of times a week to have meetings with your administrator

• Relevant experience in contract maintenance management in a similar role
• Good technical knowledge of hard services (i.e. air conditioning, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience in the M&E, HVAC and building services maintenance sector
• Managed portfolios up to £1m
• Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the maintenance process; thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
• Full driving licence and commutable distance to Surrey

Salary: £55,000‑£65,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance + bonuses.
