Lift Construction Manager
Location:
Canary Wharf
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
My client are looking for a Construction Manager with a Lift Engineering background for a new role within their organisation. This is a site based position, where the Construction Manager will be required to facilitate and oversee the work of the Trade Contractors for compliance with quality and programme requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Specific responsibilities of this position relate to monitoring, facilitating and inspecting the installation of passenger, goods, evacuation and firefighting lifts. Ensure that the Trade Contractors are carrying out their work in accordance with the contract, including associated specifications, approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments and other approved documents relating to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality issues.
