Our client is an established management company recruiting for a Client Side Project Manager. They provide full property life cycle services including construction and development, project management, funding, acquisitions, litigation and accounting.
Your Skills/Experience should include;- Construction of Residential and Commercial Mixed Use Schemes.
- Strong site and construction experience
- Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge Design and Procurement
- Good Excel, Word.
- Compiling tenders
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Manage design team>
- Delivering financial and project reports
- Issuing instructions and contractual correspondence
