We are partnered with a respected and expanding Flooring & Tiling Contractor who are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor — or a trades professional looking to step up — to join a company that genuinely invests in its people and offers long-term career progression.

• Supervising flooring and tiling works on live construction sites
• Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to programme
• Maintaining site health & safety standards
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager
• Building strong relationships with site teams and clients

• Gold or Black CSCS card (essential)
• Experience in flooring, tiling, or finishing trades (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards
