A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in SE1 is looking to bring in a chartered Building Surveyor as part of its continued growth. This is a role built around trust, autonomy and meaningful client impact - not simply delivering reports behind a desk.

You'll work across commercial, residential, education, leisure and healthcare portfolios, giving you genuine breadth and the chance to shape long-term property strategies for an impressive client base.

• On Sites & Surveys: Carrying out building and measured surveys across a wide range of property types
• On Standards: Ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations and technical requirements
• On Projects: Preparing specifications, maintenance plans and overseeing contract administration
• On Clarity: Investigating building defects and producing clear, practical technical reports
• On Portfolios: Managing dilapidations instructions across both land and buildings
• On Clients: Providing advice across repairs, refurbishments and wider project delivery

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Experience with in consultancy, ideally across mixed-use or commercial portfolios
• Confidence working directly with clients and leading instructions
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage your own workload
