Base pay range£110k-130k+ package, dependent on experience
Our client is a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in London. Due to expanding team and workload, we require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.
Qualifications- 7 years experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
- BSC, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience dealing with the client and contractors on a frequent basis
- Main point of contact on regular projects
Must live in the UK immediate opportunity.
You must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting.
