Location: Greater London
A growing and innovative construction company in Greater London is looking for a Group Training & Development Manager to lead impactful learning initiatives across the organization. The role involves developing a company-wide training strategy, driving apprenticeship programs, and creating engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in training within a construction environment, excellent communication skills, and will ideally hold a CIPD qualification.
The position offers a salary of £70,000 plus bonus and benefits with hybrid working conditions.
