Salary: £300 - £350 P/D

I currently have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a leading contractor in the Refurbishment and Fit-Out sector on a temporary basis. The company have been operating since 2000 and have since then soared into the Refurbishment and Fit-Out sector, they have worked on a variety of prestigious projects ranging from £1m – £20m.

They specialize in undertaking office refits/refurbishments, interior design, property construction/alteration projects and contract management. You will be responsible for overseeing a handful of sites based out of the Middlesex area on their Refurbishment and Fit-Out projects. The value of the projects range from £1m – £5m and will predominately be Commercial and Office Fit-Out schemes.

• Experience working within Refurbishment and Fit-Out sectors (Essential)
• Carpentry background (Essential)
• Previously worked for a Contractor or Refurbishment/Fit-Out company (Essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to commute to Middlesex on a daily basis, preferably already living with in the area (Essential)
• Open minded to eventually going into a permanent position
