Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Director of a MEP Quantity Surveying team in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join their award winning Business.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well known cost consultancy and a team of 15 MEP Quantity Surveyors who are working across a range of impressive projects including residential, education, healthcare, mixed use, commercial and much more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly carry out pre contract services including preparing riba stage 1 & 2 elemental cost plans and detailed measuring.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is preferred. Minimum requirement:
Quantity Surveying degree
Must have PQS/Consultancy experience
MEP background
Strong pre contract knowledge
