A well-established consultancy specialising in high-end residential developments is currently seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. Known for delivering luxury schemes across prime London postcodes, the business offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects from £5m to £30m in value.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects, manage commercial teams, and work closely with site and design teams in a dynamic and quality-focused environment. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a strong background in main contracting, with experience delivering high-spec residential or mixed-use schemes in London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from pre-construction through to final account, with significant input into procurement, cost reporting, and subcontractor management. This is a long-term opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a hands-on role within a growing consultancy that values initiative and commercial acumen.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Key Responsibilities

Take commercial lead on high-end residential construction projects
Manage procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
Produce accurate monthly valuations and cost reports
Handle change control, variations, and final accounts
Work closely with project managers and site teams.
Monitor project budgets and provide financial advice to support delivery

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

6+ years' experience in a main contractor QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS Qualified
Ideally Pre and Post contract experience
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
Experience on high-end residential projects in London preferred
