Senior Estimator Required

A mid-sized main contractor who specialises in Commercial and residential developments have a new requirement for a Senior Estimator to assist their commercial team out of their head office in Farringdon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a medium sized business that are actively looking to expand over the next 5 years and who have already secured an impressive pipeline of prestigious projects.

Senior Estimator

Location:

Site based in the reading area

Rate/Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 all in

Projects:
New Build Residential Projects

Duration:
Permanent

Start Date:

ASAP but can wait for notice period

Travel expenses

Duties Will Include:

-Accurately calculating project costs (labour, materials, time, equipment) for bids.

-Analysing plans

-Gathering supplier quotes, and assessing risks to ensure profitable project acquisition,

-Collaborating with other internal teams

-Managing budgets

-Overseeing the entire estimation process from start to finish

Requirements:

Must have principal contractor residential experience

Previous experience in a similar Estimator/Managing/Senior Estimator position

Reliable with a Strong work ethic
