Assistant Site Manager (House builder) | Permanent | North London

An award-winning house builder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working on a new build residential scheme in North London.

The company has been a leading house builder in the Country for approximately 30 years, with regional offices across the South East of England, and is recognized for providing quality homes throughout the UK.

The development consists of circa 50 units (1 and 2 bed apartments) in one RC frame block. The ideal candidate will have a track record working on new build residential schemes, with strong internals experience.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable house builder
• RC frame / Traditional Build experience
• Strong internals experience
• Health & Safety conscious
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to North London on a daily basis

The company encourages career progression and offers a competitive package, including a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + car / allowance.
