Senior QS required for January start for main contractor on East London new build residential

I have a requirement for a main contractor client on a £190m 650 unit new build residential project in East London.

The initial requirement is on Procurement and then moving to package management and the full Surveying function including variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting etc.

The role will be primarily site-based with some flexibility re hybrid working as well as meetings in their East London office.

The client is looking for either main contracting or residential developer experience, or both, and preferably strong procurement skills, as well as general subcontractor package management.

This position is available on a freelance basis, with the potential for temp-to-perm if desired.
