Overview
Marylebone Services are thrilled to be working with an outstanding childcare setting located in Stonebridge/Harlesden, London. We are currently seeking 2 permanent, full-time, compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join a team that shares a passion for nurturing the next generation.
Responsibilities- To work as part of the Nursery team to effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met
- To plan and provide a safe, stimulating, rich learning environment which recognises the individual needs of the child
- To maintain accurate records of key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child s life
- To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day to day caring and the identification of early learning needs
- To be responsible for reporting any concerns regarding the welfare and safety of the children in the nursery
- To plan and supervise a range of outings for the children
- To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare Level 3
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- A genuine love for working with children and a deep belief in the power of early learning through play
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule:
40 hours per week - Annual Leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays
- Salary: £25000- £29000 depending on experience
