Reeson Education is recruiting for a caring Nursery Assistant to work flexibly across various nursery settings in the borough of Waltham Forest. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood development and wants the flexibility to choose the days they work across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, Highams Park and Woodford.

• Providing high‑quality care and supervision for babies and young children across different nurseries
• Supporting childrens learning and development through play‑based activities
• Assisting with daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap times
• Building warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
• Adapting quickly to different nursery environments and procedures

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
• Experience working as a Nursery Assistant in nursery or childcare settings
• A nurturing, flexible approach with excellent communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child development milestones
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness)
• Desirable:
  Paediatric First Aid qualification and confidence working in varied settings
