Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

Contract: Bank / Flexible hours

Locations: East Finchley, North London & Balham, South London

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Bank Staff to join our teams in East Finchley and Balham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly across our London nurseries while supporting children to learn, play, and grow in a safe and stimulating environment.

As part of our bank staff team, you will support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities, provide a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards, supervise play and celebrate children’s milestones, build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, help maintain high standards of care and learning, and follow safeguarding and child protection policies.

We’re looking for flexible, reliable, and caring individuals with a passion for early years education.

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience in childcare (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
• Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

• Driving licence (helpful for travel between nurseries or outings)
• Previous experience in a bank staff or flexible nursery role
