About our Clients

An experienced Room Leader with experience of babies is being sought by our Clients in their lovely Nursery in Earlsfield, on fantastic transport routes. Our client is offering salary c £30k plus depending on experience plus bonuses.

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
• Experience of leading and supporting a team.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
• A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
• Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
• Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
