Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded nursery based in Golders Green, London, who are seeking 2 passionate and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new “home away from home” family run nursery, with beautiful and high-quality setting, learn, grow and shine in a professional and passionate environment.
This is a full-time, 46 weeks/year, permanent position with a competitive salary. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am- 5:00pm with children age 10 months to 2 years old across a spacious and bright room, a sensory room, a separate sleeping space and a charmin garden.
We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, and committed to providing outstanding early years care.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery.
* Work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families.
* Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that stimulates children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
* To maintain accurate records of key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
* Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and the management team to maintain high standards.
* Take responsibility for excellent hygiene, health and safety and security practices within the nursery.
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
* Minimum 1-year experience in a nursery setting.
* Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
