Team Leader (Room-Based) with the opportunity to choose the age group you’re based with.
Location: Devonshire Day Nursery (W4 2AH
)
Contract: Permanent | 37.54 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, varied shifts between 07:30–18:30
Choose a 4 or 5 day working week
Salary: £34,736 – £35,422.40 per annum (pro-rata) | £16.70 – £17.03 per hour

As a Team Leader, you will:
- Shape practice within your age-group setting
- Support colleagues to deliver outstanding care and outcomes for children

You are a confident and experienced early years professional who:
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person
- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
- Observes, assesses, and records children's development to support progress
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
- Is a collaborative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care
