Nursery Manager

Location: South East London

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the nursery team Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance Manage staff performance, rotas, recruitment, and training Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals Support occupancy levels and day-to-day nursery operations Essential Requirements Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential) Minimum 2 years experience working in a childcare / early years setting Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial or leadership role (Manager or Deputy Manager level) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer Competitive salary package Career progression and professional development Supportive and stable working environment Opportunity to make a real impact in a quality setting
