Nursery Practitioner
Location: Morden
Salary: £28,000-£32,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
We are seeking a passionate and qualified level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Key Responsibilities- Treat every child as a unique individual, respecting their rights, choices, culture, and developmental stages.
- Create a nurturing environment where laughter, play, and learning thrive.
- Maintain the highest standards of education, care, hygiene, and safety while adhering to safeguarding regulations.
- Identify and support additional needs in partnership with parents.
- Observe, assess, and plan activities that encourage learning through play.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year (dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)
- Overtime at time and a half
