- Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
- Support the Nursery Manager with smooth daily operations.
- Implement the EYFS framework and ensure engaging learning opportunities for children.
- Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Take charge of nursery operations in the Manager’s absence.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Valid enhanced DBS check.
- Two satisfactory references.
- Right to work in the UK.
