Join KOOSA Kids as an After School Club Childcare Playwork Assistant at Lovelace Primary School, Chessington. The role will commence in February 2026 and is part‑time, term‑time only, Monday to Friday from 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm.

• Assist the After School Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the new club.
• Set up, organise and deliver a range of playwork activities (Arts & Crafts, Sports, Team Games, etc.) and encourage children to participate.
• Prepare, serve and tidy away snack time.
• Maintain sensitivity to children with additional needs (physical, behavioural, dietary).
• Build strong relationships with all children, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment.
• Apply relevant Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies, including safeguarding.
• Leave activity areas clean and tidy at the end of each day.

• Passion or interest in working in childcare, early years or playwork settings.
• Enthusiastic and energetic nature.
• Reliability and effective communication with colleagues and children.
• Ability to relate to and engage with children aged 4‑11.
• Experience in a primary school, nursery or similar setting (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant). Candidates with no prior experience may be considered if they match our ambitions.
• Willingness to gain qualifications and further development; full training and induction will be provided.

Monday – Friday, 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm (term‑time only)
