Job Title: After School Club Manager
Location: William Patten Primary School, Stoke Newington Church Street, London N16 0NX

Hours: 17.5 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired)

Monday to Friday, 14:45 – 18:00
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Term Time

  • The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

At Junior Adventures Group we are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children. You d be joining the UK s leading provider of children s wraparound care in the UK offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs.

What does it mean to be a JAG Club Manager?

  • Lead a passionate team, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and engaging programme, and keep the team motivated.
  • Ensure effective communication between venue, team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
  • Provide inclusive, fun, engaging care for children and inspire them to explore interests.
  • Plan, supervise and deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
  • Follow protocols and policies, and implement them with the team.
  • Be energetic, people-focused, warm, honest and genuine, and create positive experiences for attendees.
  • Be flexible and bring your unique talents to the role.
