European Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Location:

London (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Hours:

Full-time, 35 hrs/week Join a fast paced, collaborative Marketing & Business Development team supporting leading European practice groups. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail driven coordinator who enjoys creating high quality content, managing multiple projects, and working closely with lawyers and business services teams.

Key Responsibilities Produce tailored pitches, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials Support business development initiatives, research projects, and client targeting Assist with legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) Maintain practice experience, matter lists, and marketing collateral Coordinate seminars, webinars, and client events Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and thought leadership themes Support execution of practice and partner business plans About You Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) 2 years' experience in marketing or business development, ideally in professional services Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (CRM experience a plus) This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to high impact BD and marketing initiatives.
