Location: Greater London

Interim Commercial Performance Lead - £430 per Day - 6 Months+ (temp to perm) - Delivery marketplace and technology Firm - London ( 2 days per week in the office)

The trading team acts as the engine room of the business, ensuring marketing and commercial strategies translate into measurable impact. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to influence marketing effectiveness, optimise P&L outcomes, and work within a rapidly expanding, data-led team.

The Interim Commercial Performance Lead will sit at the heart of the commercial engine, working closely with Marketing and Trading to ensure all activity drives measurable customer and financial outcomes. You will use data and commercial insight to guide strategy, challenge assumptions, and deliver tangible business improvements.

Role Highlights – Interim Commercial Performance Lead will…
  • Scrutinise marketing channel performance to maximise P&L and order volume outcomes
  • Challenge weekly plans to ensure marketing activity aligns with quarterly business strategy
  • Mobilise marketing levers to drive short-term and long-term commercial results
  • Analyse customer base dynamics to inform targeted marketing interventions
  • Collaborate with operations to manage spend efficiently while protecting margins
You Will Need – Key Skills & Experience
  • Commercial acumen with experience in trading, customer base management, or commercial marketing within tech/platform or FMCG environments
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Tableau and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior executives
  • Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with a proactive, results-focused mindset
