A luxury lifestyle restaurant group in Central London is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Events to lead and grow revenue across a portfolio of stylish, high‑end venues. With multiple outlets and a strong brand presence, this role is perfect for a commercially minded hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and leading a small but dynamic team.
The Role:As Head of Sales & Events, you will be responsible for developing and executing the group’s sales and events strategy, maximising revenue from private dining, corporate bookings, brand partnerships, and exclusive events. You’ll lead a small sales team, working closely with venue management and marketing to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a group-wide sales and events strategy to drive revenue growth
- Lead, mentor and motivate a small sales & events team across multiple venues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and luxury brands
- Proactively generate new business through networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach
- Oversee the planning and execution of high‑end private dining, corporate events, and brand activations
- Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and event delivery
- Proven experience in a senior sales or events role within luxury hospitality or lifestyle venues
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing events and private dining revenue
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Established network within corporate events, agencies, and luxury brands
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple venues and priorities
