Business Development Manager
Luxury Interior Design Studio – London
A leading luxury interior design studio is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its growing team in London. The studio is recognised for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects for private clients and developers, both in the UK and internationally.
This role will work closely with the Directors and Head of Business Development, helping to drive the studio’s growth by developing relationships across the luxury property and design sectors, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the conversion of high-value projects.
The position would suit someone with a strong network across luxury interiors, architecture, property development or the super-prime residential market, who enjoys building long-term relationships and operating within a design-led environment.
Key responsibilities
• Supporting the Directors and Head of Business Development in implementing the studio’s growth strategy
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with private clients, developers, architects and industry consultants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across the luxury property and design sectors
• Managing and developing the studio’s pipeline of prospective projects
• Assisting with proposals, pitch presentations and client engagement processes
• Representing the studio at networking events, industry functions and client meetings
• Working closely with the design team to convert opportunities into secured projects
• Monitoring market activity and identifying new avenues for collaboration and growth
Candidate profile
• Previous experience in a business development or client relationship role
• Experience with in luxury interiors, architecture, property development , Hospitality or related sectors
• Strong understanding of the luxury residential & Hospitality market and its professional networks
• Confident engaging with high-net-worth individuals and senior industry professionals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
