Our Public Sector Practice is expanding, and we’re looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering positive, purpose‑driven change. You will work with a wide range of government and public service organisations to improve outcomes for citizens and communities.

• Must hold an active DV security clearance or be eligible to obtain DV clearance.

In this role, you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering tangible outcomes that create real‑world impact.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with client peers and colleagues.
• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, from technical delivery teams to operational end users.
• Use written communication to clearly and effectively present information, ideas, and approaches.
• Enhance your consulting capability through training and by engaging with the broader Alchemmy consulting community.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Wellbeing.
• Be available to work on client sites at least three days per week (London‑based), and spend Fridays in Alchemmy’s London office

• Bring experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Business Change in an Agile environment (advantageous but not essential).
• Ideally bring prior experience working within the Public Sector (desirable).
