We are seeking a Product Executive that oversees the development and launch of new consumer products, aiming to improve success rates through market research, sales forecasting, exhibition planning, and product optimization. The Product Executive will be Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Compliance teams, this role ensures competitive positioning and sustainable product growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities for Product Executive- Achieve new product development targets, including high demand product quantity and success rate goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis for new product opportunities.
- Define core selling points and positioning for new products.
- Recommend new product introductions to Sales teams and support seasonal product growth initiatives.
- Prepare and consolidate sales forecasts and category planning, including country expansion strategies.
- Perform weekly reorder exploration and analysis for new products.
- Conduct quarterly physical store and supermarket research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce detailed new product performance reports and trend analysis.
- Prepare monthly new product development and performance reports.
- Track and analyze exhibition orders, RMA rates, and overall product quality performance.
- Plan and manage external trade shows (annual/quarterly), including preparation, on-site management, documentation, and post-event analysis.
- Manage virtual internal exhibitions, including selecting samples and products, and performing post-event analysis and evaluation.
- Collect and evaluate product experience feedback (positive and negative).
- Propose quality improvements and optimization plans for instruction manuals and installation processes.
- Maintain and update national product certification standards database.
- Collect and study product safety information and ensure compliance awareness.
- Provide guidance on product branding, logo design, and application specifications.
- Ensure new products align with certification requirements and compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings to monitor progress and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in product development, merchandising, or related roles.
- Strong market analysis, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with consumer goods industry, product exhibitions, and compliance standards preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
