We’re looking for someone who wants a front-row seat.
Only looking for candidates, with hustle and appetite for success, and who wants to work directly with the founder and leadership team to build the business together! This is a 0→1 growth engine role at the heart of the business.
As our Growth (GTM) Analyst / Hacker, you will work directly with senior leadership to design, test, and scale new commercial levers. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, revenue, and product — and you’ll own outcomes.
You will be responsible for turning ideas into revenue.
Qualities- Design and launch experiments to unlock new sales flywheels
- Strike and close strategic partnerships
- Turn early traction into scalable, repeatable revenue streams
- Have no issue with outbound calling
- Like to do research and put together a playbook of whom to call etc.
- Create the playbooks future growth hires will scale
One week you might be structuring and pitching a commercial deal.
You will move from hypothesis → execution → measurable revenue impact, fast.
Who This Is ForThis role is for someone who wants to be unmistakably impactful within 6–12 months.
You thrive in ambiguity. You move quickly. You care about results.
- Have operated in a seed or Series A startup (founder or early team)
- Have taken partnerships or revenue lines from zero to meaningful scale
- Or come from consulting / IB — but with proof you’ve created tangible commercial impact and are ready to build, not advise
You are:
- Relentlessly metric-driven — you always know your KPI
- A first-principles thinker who can go from whiteboard to execution
- Comfortable negotiating with senior external stakeholders
- Commercially sharp and operationally hands-on
- Energised by building new revenue lines from scratch
- Hungry for accelerated progression into leadership
