As our first Operations Associate, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-growing team. You'll manage the CEO's inbox, handle customer experience, and oversee essential admin from invoicing to trial setups. This role requires a product-minded individual who leverages AI tools like Claude to automate workflows while maintaining relentless attention to detail.

• Gain direct, ground-floor exposure to every facet of the business, including sales, marketing, and product development, while working alongside a high-pedigree founding team.
• Work in an environment that prioritizes AI fluency, encouraging you to use tools like Claude, Zapier, and ChatGPT to automate your own role and scale impact.

• Manage the founder’s daily inbox, scheduling, and administrative queries to ensure seamless operations and executive focus.
• Lead customer support and account management efforts, handling renewals, trial accounts, and user queries with a focus on experience.
• Execute core business functions including invoice reconciliation, expense management, and assisting with marketing content and user surveys.

• Possesses prior experience in an early-stage startup (sub-50 people) with a track record of managing multiple work streams independently.
• Demonstrates high AI fluency, regularly using LLMs and automation tools like Make or Zapier to optimize repetitive tasks.
• Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset and product interest, ideally being early in their career and eager to grow into a foundational leadership role.
