Senior Product Manager - Trading

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our product teams within the Trading department and help us shape the future of sports betting. You will join the wider Product Management organization, working alongside top talent to design and deliver industry-leading trading tools and systems that drive both operational excellence and customer impact.

Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy, speed, and reliability of our pricing and risk management capabilities across all markets.

• Identify and understand customers’ behavior and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys.
• Create best-in-class product features and journeys that help take the gaming product to the next level.
• Work with designers, engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems.
• Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations, and support teams.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the gaming product.
• Be aware of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements, and legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements.
• Lead on customer research, discovery and defining customer value for our products.
• Drive discovery and utilize customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organization to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and customer behavior.
• Make data-driven decisions utilizing customer research, behavioral, product and commercial data.
• Work with Data Analysts to develop reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behavior.
• Define success metrics for products and use data to measure success; iterate on the product to achieve objectives measured through success metrics.
• Be responsible for measurement and success of the product in-life and testing and iterating on the product to achieve the product objectives measured through success metrics.
• Be aware of key competitors and ongoing monitoring of competitor offerings.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and incorporate feedback where appropriate.
• Set the right expectations with stakeholders and communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables.
• Understand overall strategic direction of the company and how your area relates.
• Build and maintain a roadmap that delivers on short- and long-term objectives aligned with overall company and product strategy.
• Drive roadmap from ideation and product discovery through to in‑life product.
• Prioritize initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility.
• Be responsible for inputting and defining quarterly Objectives and Key Results within your product team.

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager working with engineering teams developing B2C products.
• Customer‑focused and data‑driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to drive the Product Strategy.
• Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent English language skills.
