Strong quantitative foundation You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.

Proven impact in dynamic environments 0‑3 years of work experience in a fast‑paced environment, start‑up, or scale up. First touchpoints with business consulting is a big plus!

Problem‑solver at heart You thrive on complex, real‑world challenges and excel at breaking big, ambiguous problems into smart, actionable solutions.

Clear and confident communicator. Strong communication skills in English which allow you to convert abstract plans into structural solutions for your stakeholders.

Go‑getter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You cut through ambiguity, take initiative, and turn ideas into action. Whether driving projects to delivery or building ventures from the ground up, you always find a way to make things happen.

• Analytical mindset. You have a strong grasp of math, logic, and quantitative reasoning, and bring a data‑driven approach.
  
  Experience with
  SQL and Python is a plus.
