Insight Global are seeking a Administrative Procurement Coordinator
. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement administration, including processing purchase orders within Net Suite, overseeing the procurement helpdesk, supporting tactical purchasing, maintaining vendor and contract records, and coordinating contract execution via Contract Logix / Legal Sifter.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Procurement Helpdesk & Inbox Management
- Tactical Procurement & Purchasing Support
- Contract Administration
- Supply Chain Management Support
- Procurement Process & Compliance Support
- Administrative, procurement, supply chain, or operations support experience preferred.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Experience with contract management tools (Contract Logix, Legal Sifter, or equivalent) is a plus.
