Client Delivery Consultant vacancy in Shoreditch, London (048DM)

Salary: £40 – 45k (depending on experience) OTE: £100k+ within 18 months

Our client is looking for someone to step into their Client Delivery role. You will take full ownership of recruitment mandates across high-growth, VC-backed SaaS businesses and executive search partners.

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes from brief to placement
• Partnering directly with senior stakeholders (VP Sales, CROs, Founders, Managing Partners)
• Identifying, engaging, and assessing high-performing GTM talent (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders) as well as executive-level candidates
• Delivering both retained and contingent searches (typical fees 20–25% of base salary)
• Building and running your own desk as a commercial unit, with full accountability for performance and revenue

• 4–7 years’ professional experience (military background highly valued for leadership, resilience, and ownership mindset)
• Someone motivated to build a long-term career in a performance-driven environment
• Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining high standards
• Commercially astute, personable, and competitive by nature
• Degree not required; they prioritise work ethic, capability, and results

• 30-person team across London and Warsaw
• Informal dress code, high standards, not corporate formality
• Performance-focused but team-oriented, no internal politics or “sharking”
• Strong investment in development and clear reward for results
