Are you an accomplished procurement professional with deep expertise in energy, utilities and services procurement? This is a high-impact opportunity to join a globally operating, household-name organisation, taking strategic ownership of energy procurement (source to contract) across multiple European markets while supporting the delivery of ambitious Net Zero & Sustainability targets.

As Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll manage a significant multi-million-pound spend covering electricity, gas, water, fuels, and renewable energy agreements etc... You’ll lead high-value negotiations, deliver innovative sourcing solutions, and optimise complex renewable contracts, all while ensuring your general procurement skillset is available to support additional corporate services categories where required.

Operating in a lean, high-performing team, this is a hands-on, individual contributor role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across Europe. You’ll have the scope to influence strategic decisions, introduce new energy solutions, and deliver measurable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and contract management of energy and utilities across multiple European markets.
• Manage retailer agreements, renewable power purchase agreements (PPAs), and initiatives to adopt new energy sources, fuels, and processes.
• Optimise and ensure compliance on recently signed renewable contracts, maximising commercial outcomes.
• Partner with sustainability teams to deliver the company’s Net Zero goals.
• Support additional corporate services procurement categories when required.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that balance operational needs with commercial priorities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record in energy procurement within a complex, multi-country environment.
• Strong generalist procurement capability to contribute across multiple categories.
• Commercially astute, with excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Experience with renewable power purchase agreements (PPA’s), on-site energy solutions, and complex contractual/accounting frameworks.
• Passion for sustainability, carbon reduction, and innovative energy sourcing.
