Senior Business Operations Manager London - Hybrid - £80k An international e-commerce technology business, recognised for enabling brands to sell seamlessly across international markets, is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to take ownership of its Hub Spot ecosystem and CRM-driven commercial programmes. This position sits at the heart of the organisations revenue engine, supporting multiple go-to-market teams and ensuring the CRM platform is built for scale, clarity and automation.

It is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with deep technical CRM capability.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, structure and long-term evolution of the Hub Spot platform, ensuring the CRM supports efficient, accurate and scalable commercial operations.
