A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Metal Fabrication to join their Leicester team. The successful candidate will focus on developing new customer accounts and managing existing relationships to drive sales growth. A minimum of 4 years' B2B sales experience in Metalwork is required, along with a proven track record in new business acquisition.
This role offers a salary of £35,000 - £38,000 with OTE of £50,000+ and various benefits.
