• Drive strategic projects and cross‑functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain business momentum.
• Own the executive projects board and analyze large data sets to surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage complex scheduling, inbox prioritization, and travel logistics with precision to maximize the founder’s leverage.

• 3‑7 years of experience supporting a Founder or C‑Suite leader within a high‑growth technology environment.
• Data‑literate professional comfortable extracting insights from Sheets and utilizing AI tools to multiply personal output.
• Proactive operator with a high‑ownership mindset who can navigate ambiguity and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
