Make an Impact as a Business Process Improvement Associate Analyst

The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, alongside governance and compliance. Responsibilities typically include identifying improvement opportunities, developing and proposing solutions, and supporting implementation activities. The position also requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ongoing monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of implemented changes to ensure sustainable, continuous improvement and policy adherence.

In this role, you will also participate in the Mastercard Launch program, an 18‑month program aimed at entry‑level talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross‑functional work experience. Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on‑the‑job experience.

  • To be available to start from 1st September 2026
  • To be a final‑year undergraduate or master’s student, or to have graduated no earlier than September 2025
  • Most suitable for students majoring in Business Management, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Law
  • Critical thinking, logical, clear communicator (verbal and written)
  • Confidence with numbers
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • High‑energy, can‑do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
