Location: Greater London
I’ve partnered with a fast-growing Fintech business operating at the intersection of payments, regulated financial services, and digital assets. Following significant growth and increasing demand across their core markets, they are now looking to hire a senior, highly outbound-focused Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue expansion.
The role- Senior new business position with full ownership of revenue generation
- Heavily outbound focused, building pipeline from scratch
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
- Working closely with compliance and product teams to structure solutions
- Representing the business at industry events where relevant
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Development within payments, fintech, banking or financial infrastructure
- Strong understanding of payments including acquiring, issuing, EMI models and cross-border
- Proven track record of hitting quota
- Comfortable selling regulated financial products
- Genuine hunter mentality, proactive and target-driven
- Able to operate independently in a high-growth environment
