Join a high-growth, profitable startup as the first commercial hire working directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff. You will bridge the gap between traditional M&A advisory and AI-driven efficiency, managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle for businesses generating £1M-£50M while scaling a cutting-edge outbound growth engine and internal operations.

- Lead special projects across hiring, process automation in Notion, and marketing to transition the startup into a scalable AI-native powerhouse.
- Proven M&A track record with at least 5 closed deals at a boutique investment bank or advisory firm involving direct client contact.
- Startup experience (1-2 years) in a fast-paced environment with high proficiency in modern tech stacks, CRM management, and AI prompting.
- High-energy communicator who loves the phone, possesses obsessive organizational skills, and thrives in unstructured, high-stakes environments.
