As an Executive Assistant in our Tax service line, you will provide a high‑level administrative and operational support to Tax Partners and Directors, as well as ad hoc support to the wider Tax team. This role is pivotal in managing complex schedules, coordinating client deliverables and ensuring seamless operations at a senior level. The EA acts as a trusted liaison between leadership, clients and internal teams, enabling senior stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities and relationships.
You’ll make an impact by:- Providing support to Partners and Directors across the Tax service line
- Managing complex calendars for Partners and Directors, including prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Preparing presentations, letters, reports, and proposal documents
- Ensuring the Client Relationship Management system is accurate and providing reports as requested
- Organising events and conferences, including managing budgets and logistics and working with the national business development team
- Managing travel arrangements for partners and staff
- Monthly billing, online client card payments on request, supplier payment queries, collating and processing expenses for partners ensuring compliance with RSM policy
- Researching business development on behalf of partners

- Experience of providing support to senior management
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including experience of CRM
- Ability to be discreet and confidential

- Ability to work on own initiative, proactively seeking opportunities and propose solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
