About The Role

We are seeking a best-in-class Programme Manager to join our GTM Strategy & Programs team. This multi-functional group focuses on 10x initiatives that combine strategy, data, operations, and cutting-edge technology to build efficiencies in Pleo’s GTM via Sales, CS, Product, and Comms. You should have a proven track record as a Programme Manager with end-to-end project delivery and team leadership to support successful execution and growth.

You will support and deliver major business growth by building robust processes and solving problems for innovative solutions that will 10x Pleo’s growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead various commercial programmes covering the revenue efficiency of the entire customer lifecycle from strategic and operational perspectives.
  • Examples include:
    Lead and New Business revenue acquisition, Growth revenue pipeline, Churn prevention, Product adoption, AI-assisted GTM delivery, and Customer profile scoring and segmentation.
  • Identify opportunities for new ideas related to revenue efficiency and effectiveness; ideate, design, build, launch, and measure initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects for implementing new high-impact commercial processes (including AI workflows) with adoption and change management.
  • Define new strategic initiatives, build structured business cases, and drive solutions that improve revenue efficiency, velocity, and predictability.
  • Communicate recommendations and enablement to senior management and function teams clearly and impactfully.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate project team meetings, and orchestrate process and delivery.
  • Manage deadlines, prioritise workloads, and maintain attention to detail to meet objectives and quality measures.
What you bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Programme Manager or Strategy & Operations role.
  • Background in consulting, startup, or industry-related experience with cross-discipline resource management and multi-location programs is a plus.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and solve growth problems with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • AI-first mindset with experience with AI tools and integrations (e.g., GPT models, n8n, Clay).
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Nice-to-have: interest and experience in utilising AI workflow tooling (n8n, Clay, etc.).
