Actia Capital Partners is a specialist seed-stage infratech investor. We invest in exceptional entrepreneurs building innovative infrastructure solutions at commercialisation stage.
Role DescriptionPart of our vision to drive commercialisation is through access to capital markets, particularly where growth can be fuelled by less-dilutive, small-cap infra equity or asset-backed debt. We are looking for a specialist partner to support in this niche that could become a core part of our value proposition to early-stage infratech companies. Example existing investments that could benefit from this expertise include AI rollups, FOAK infra projects, and robotics rollouts.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in the Infrastructure sector
- Experince conducting due diligence for small-cap investments
- Strong relationships across venture, small-cap, and mid-market infrastructure capital markets
